The Junior Senators crushed the Stampede 4-1

The Binghamton Junior Senators' offense had a big night, peppering the Oswego Stampede with 49 shots throughout the game. The Binghamton Junior Senators took the lead late in the first on a goal from Jeremy Wilber and never looked back.

Eric Melso chipped in with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist) and Caleb Beversdorf contributed with 2 assists.

During the first period, Dzhangarashev opened the scoring for Binghamton with a goal at 6:08 with helpers from teammates Beversdorf and Melso. Wilber deposited what turned out to be the game winning goal at 16:14 with helpers from Bogdziul and O’connor.

In the second period, Melso netted a goal at 6:45 with assists from his linemates, Beversdorf and Beversdorf. Snyder quickly followed with a goal at 8:18 with assists from Hart and Sanborn.

During the third, Reifler answered for Binghamton with a goal at 6:55 with helpers from Bogdziul and Lamorre.

The Junior Senators’ victory was in no doubt helped out by Anderson as he stopped 19 of the 20 shots he faced. Anderson’s counterpart, Kozikoski, also had a big night, managing to stop 45 of 49, but ultimately fell short.

This win brings the Binghamton Junior Senators’ record to (1-0-0-0).
