The Binghamton Junior Senators' offense had a big night, peppering the Oswego Stampede with 40 shots throughout the game. The Binghamton Junior Senators took the lead before the halfway point in the third on a goal from Benjamin Beversdorf.
In the second, Wilber opened the scoring for Binghamton with a goal at 0:38 with assists from his linemates, Becker and Padgeon.
During the third period, Hart finally put Oswego on the board with a goal at 0:00. Beversdorf answered for the Junior Senators with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 11:39 with an assist from Beversdorf. Melso quickly followed with a goal at 12:12 with helpers from teammates Dzhangarashev and Darling.
Binghamton’s victory was in no doubt helped out by Anderson as he stopped 15 of the 16 shots he faced. Anderson’s counterpart, Kozikoski, also had a big night, managing to stop 37 of 40, but ultimately fell short.
This win brings the Binghamton Junior Senators’ record to (16-3-0-1).
